By accessing and using the Bead Jewels website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All jewelry pieces are handmade and may have slight variations that make each piece unique. These variations are a hallmark of handcrafted goods and are not considered defects.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Rupees and are subject to change without notice. As each piece is handcrafted, availability may vary. Product images are representative; slight color and size variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our jewelry and differences in screen displays.

3. Custom Orders

Custom orders require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before shipping. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Estimated timelines will be communicated during the design phase, but may vary based on complexity and material availability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping times vary by location and are estimates only. Bead Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Tracking information will be provided when available.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn and undamaged items in their original packaging. Custom orders and sale items are final sale. There will be no refunds. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

6. Care Instructions

Handmade jewelry requires special care. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store in a dry place, preferably in the provided jewelry pouch. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care or normal wear and tear.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Bead Jewels and are protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any information collected during the ordering process is used solely for order fulfillment and communication purposes.
